By accessing or using the baijj platform, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms and conditions described below. Please read this document in full before you start using the platform.

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") serves as a legal agreement between the baijj platform and its users ("you" or "user"). The following key definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the baijj website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered profile.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in your account.
• "Bonus" refers to any incentive amount granted by the platform.
• "Transaction" refers to any deposit or withdrawal on your account.

To open an account and use services on baijj, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is fully prohibited.
• Each person may open only one account — creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be completely accurate and up to date.
• You may not operate an account on behalf of another person.

Account Verification

baijj may at any time request a valid identity document and proof of address for verification purposes. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. If identity information is found to be false, the account will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

Deposits

The baijj platform currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (applicable for all methods).
• Deposited funds must come from legitimate personal sources.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If you deposit using one method, you will generally be required to withdraw using the same method.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests typically take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is made.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• baijj reserves the right to put a withdrawal on hold in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.
• Withdrawal details must match the deposit method used.

baijj offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply when using these offers.

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳22,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount — on the bonus funds only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. For example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, the wagering requirement is ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being closed.
• baijj reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

VIP Program

Regularly active players can participate in three tiers of the VIP program: Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Players can advance to higher tiers through consistent regular play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the baijj platform:

• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Using unauthorised software, bots, or automated tools.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or insulting other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Making transactions using third-party payment accounts.

All games available on baijj are operated by third-party game providers, such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, NetEnt, and Ezugi. Each game has its own rules which can be read from within the game.

• Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• Bets cancelled due to a system issue will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game, baijj will investigate and provide a fair resolution.
• If a dispute arises over a game result, the game server log will be considered the final proof.
• For sports betting, if an event is cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

Closure by baijj

baijj may close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If false or misleading information is provided.
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected.
• If the account has had no activity for an extended period.
• For legal reasons or upon instruction from a regulatory authority.

Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any existing balance before the account is closed, however bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

The baijj platform is provided on an "as is" basis. baijj's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Temporary unavailability due to technical errors or server outages.
• Losses caused by errors on the part of third-party game providers.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Issues related to internet connectivity or the user's device.

All content on the baijj platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is part of baijj's intellectual property and is protected by copyright law.

• A limited license is granted for personal, non-commercial use.
• Scraping or automated collection of site content is prohibited.
